  • As we are situated in the jungle it is advised to wear closed shoes at all times.
  • No food (either brought by the guests or room service) is allowed in the rooms to avoid entry of rodents and subsequently snakes. 
  • As per the forest department rules, mobile phones are strictly NOT ALLOWED during the jungle safari. Mobiles must be kept in a box with the guide or have to be kept in your room/reception. So please bring your own cameras. 
  • Camouflage & nature/earth coloured clothes are advised both at the lodge and in the jungle. Please carry essentials like sun block lotion, hats, caps, sun glasses, scarves and appropriate swimwear. 
  • We provide safe, clean, purified, bottled RO water in our rooms in our endeavour to minimise usage of plastic. Tadoba is a PLASTIC FREE zone. So we do not provide plastic mineral water bottles. Please do not bring them along with you as well, reason being we won't be able to dispose of them in Tadoba. 
  • Mobile Networks available: Jio. But being in a remote and forest area network is often an issue. 
  • Being situated amidst the jungle, we do not permit playing of either personal or high decibel music at the lodge. 
  • All our units are Strictly Non Smoking and we have a designated area for smoking. This is extremely critical in view of the dry bamboo terrain which can be highly inflammable. 
  • No accompanying staff, visitors or outside guests are allowed on the property. 
  • Any extras apart from AP Plan (Breakfast, Lunch, Hi-Tea & Dinner) that are ordered at the lodge will be payable at the lodge prior to check out. 
  •  We have fixed timings for all meals, in line with the safari schedules of our guests. 
  • Breakfast: 8:00AM - 10:30AM 
  • Lunch: 12:30PM - 03:00PM 
  • Dinner: 08:00PM - 10:30PM

Extra Activities if required will incur an additional charge. Please contact the reservations for the availability of activities while booking your rooms.

  • 25% advance for booking confirmation prior to booking of safari ticket.
  • Balance Payment: 
  • For bookings made more than 30 days prior to arrival, remaining balance to be cleared 30 days prior to arrival. 
  • 100% advance for bookings made less than 30 days prior to check-in date. 

SPECIAL DAYS: 

  • 25% advance for booking confirmation prior to booking of safari ticket. 
  • Balance 60 days prior to arrival. SAFARIS ● 100% to be paid in advance prior to booking of Safaris. 
  • All safari bookings are subject to availability and Government Rules. 
  • Trees n Tigers will not be held responsible for ensuring safari confirmation. 
  • Safaris are Non-transferable & the Forest Department permits no add-ons.

● Below Day -30 100% cancellation charges. 

● Credit Note valid for 3 months: We understand that situations beyond our control may impact the booking. Therefore, to ensure fairness and transparency, we commit to issuing a credit note promptly upon verification of the circumstances. 

● SPECIAL DAYS: After Day-60 100% 

cancellation charges. Safari Cancellation Policy: 

● 3 to 1 day before the date of excursion No-refund. 

● 15 to 4 days before the date of excursion 20% refundable. 

● 59 to 16 days before the date of excursion 50% of the reservation amount. 

● 120 to 60 days before the date of excursion no-refund.
